Pick-Up Request Form

Please fill out the following information to request warehouse pick-up.
Once your request is submitted, we will review it within 2 business days and contact you by email. After confirmation, the official Bill of Lading (BOL) will be sent to you for warehouse collection.

⚠️ Important:
Please do not go to the warehouse before receiving our confirmation.
The warehouse can only release goods after we schedule your pick-up.
