Our warehouse is located in Ontario, California. We offer pickup services for customers in nearby cities and areas such as Los Angeles, Riverside, Anaheim, Long Beach, Irvine, Santa Ana, and San Bernardino

3.)Â Select WAREHOUSE PICKUP as your shipping method and complete the checkout process
4.)Â Once your order is complete you will receive an order confirmation page and email with your order number

- Please wait for the confirmation email below before picking up
- Most orders will be ready by the afternoon of the next business day after placing your order (business hours are Tuesday to Friday, from 2 PM to 5 PM, as detailed below)
- If you need your order urgently, we recommend using our express delivery service with FedEx. Delivery within the same region typically takes 1-2 days, and orders over $250 qualify for free shipping.

How long does it take to get a refund?
