2.) Once your cart is complete, please proceed to Checkout and enter your information, or you may use PayPal for Express Checkout
Our warehouse is located in Ontario, California. We offer pickup services for customers in nearby cities and areas such as Los Angeles, Riverside, Anaheim, Long Beach, Irvine, Santa Ana, and San Bernardino
3.) Select WAREHOUSE PICKUP as your shipping method and complete the checkout process
4.) Once your order is complete you will receive an order confirmation page and email with your order number
5.) Your order will be pulled as soon as we can:
- Please wait for the confirmation email below before picking up
- Most orders will be ready by the afternoon of the next business day after placing your order (business hours are Tuesday to Friday, from 2 PM to 5 PM, as detailed below)
- If you need your order urgently, we recommend using our express delivery service with FedEx. Delivery within the same region typically takes 1-2 days, and orders over $250 qualify for free shipping.
- We ship numerous orders each day but always do our best to get pickup orders ready ASAP
- Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email titled "Your Pickup Order Is Ready," containing your pickup slip and requesting necessary information like your order number, license plate, and expected pickup time. How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 2-5 working days.

Gipama 1 years manufacturer warranty periods start on the date of purchase. You must be the original owner with proof of purchase upon claim or proof of product registration.
